Dr. Kevin Hanley, M.D. (Medical Director)
Experienced orthopaedic surgeon and Medical Director of PPG, providing expert evaluations in independent medical examinations, workers’ compensation, and personal injury cases across multiple locations in MD and DE. He is recognized for delivering accurate, defensible assessments with a focus on timely reporting.

Dr. John C. Barry, M.D.
Dr. John C. Barry, M.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with decades of experience in spine and orthopedic surgery. He earned his M.D. from the University of Virginia and completed his orthopedic residency at Dartmouth University Medical Center. Over his career, he has served in private practice and at the Baltimore Washington Department of Orthopedics, where he was named Physician of the Year in 2007. His research contributions include published studies on spinal stability and surgical techniques, and he has held leadership roles such as Chairman of Orthopedic Surgery at Baltimore Washington Medical Center.

Dr. Randy Davis, M.D.
Dr. Randy F. Davis, M.D., is an accomplished orthopedic spine surgeon trained at Johns Hopkins, where he completed both his undergraduate and medical degrees. He has served as an Associate Professor at Johns Hopkins and the University of Maryland, with extensive academic, clinical, and teaching contributions in neurosurgery and orthopedics. Widely recognized for his expertise, he has received numerous honors including listings in Best Doctors in America, America’s Top Surgeons, and Baltimore Magazine’s Top Doctors. Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Davis has been Medical Director of the Baltimore Washington Spine Center, published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, and lectured internationally on advanced spinal surgery

Dr. David B. Lumsden, M.D.
Dr. David Brian Lumsden, M.D., M.S., M.A., is a board-certified general orthopedic surgeon with more than thirty years of experience in orthopedic care and Independent Medical Examinations. He completed his residency at Union Memorial Hospital with additional training at Shock Trauma and Johns Hopkins, and holds dual master’s degrees in Functional Anatomy and Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Maryland. Dr. Lumsden is the owner and president of Greater Baltimore Orthopedic Surgery, LLC, where he provides comprehensive musculoskeletal care, including chronic pain, occupational health, and regenerative medicine. He is also dedicated to mentoring students and residents in general medicine and orthopedic surgery while maintaining his active clinical practice in Baltimore

Dr. Marina Pulini-Franks, M.D.
Dr. Pulini-Franks is double board-certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology specializing in independent medical evaluations (IMEs), record reviews, and expert opinions for occupational medicine, workers’ compensation, and personal injury cases. With over decades of experience, she provides thorough, evidence-based assessments of musculoskeletal injuries—including workplace injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, as well as chronic medical conditions/ syndromes—focusing on causation, impairment ratings, and functional capacity. She has a passion for occupational medicine and served as Medical Director at one of the nations largest Occupational Health companies where she managed a multi-site clinic in Maryland. Her expertise in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology combined with her expertise in Occupational Medicine ensures accurate, defensible reports that meet medicolegal standards and support optimal case resolution.

Dr. Nicholette Martin
Board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist focusing on physical medicine evaluations for independent medical examinations, workers’ compensation, and personal injury cases. She is known for her detailed, objective reports and commitment to evidence-based findings.
